WHAT IS DETAILING?

Detailing takes the techniques used in valeting and expands on them with more thorough and advanced decontamination techniques in preperation for machine polishing.

Machine polishing is peformed to remove scratches on your car, these scratches build up over time and will dull the finish of your car. A heavy cutting polish will remove more scratches, but will leave fine marring behind leaving it looking glossy, but a fine finishing polish will be needed to give amazing gloss and clarity to your paintwork.

A fine polish on its own will improve gloss but will not remove as many scratches from the paintwork

An extreme example of swirl type scratches from washing with a brillo pad needing multiple stages of polishing to improve.

1 STAGE ENHANCEMENT DETAIL

This service is ideal for cars that are relatively new and only have lighter swirl marks and wash marring, The single stage machine polish will remove 70 - 80% of swirl marks. To remove larger amount of swirl marks and heavier scratches, the 2 stage enhancement detail would be required.

This service is ideal for cars that are looking a little tired or not as glossy as they once did, where they may have heavier scratching and heavy swirl marks, this service aims to remove 90 - 95% of swirl marks, giving your car a new lease of life and make it feel like it has just left the showroom.
